Summary

Ruth O’Donnell supports Information Institute faculty and staff with grant proposal development as a part-time, temporary employee. She is a library consultant and worked as a public library manager and State Library & Archives of Florida consultant. She was also the Executive Director of the Florida Library Association. Her consulting experience includes assisting public and academic libraries in the eastern United States, with an emphasis on services planning, facilities development and management, and customer service.

Ruth holds a master’s degree in LIS and a bachelor’s degree in English Education from Florida State University.
