John Bertot was invited to join a discussion from National Public Radio's show Perspectives

The debate regarding the USA Patriot Act continues on Capitol Hill and throughout the nation. With the reauthorization process of the Act help up in Congress, there is much discussion regarding the usefulness and civil liberties implications of the law. John Bertot, Professor and Associate Director of the Information Use Management and Policy Institute, appeared on National Public Radio's show Perspectives to discuss the Patriot Act and its impacts on information access. Also appearing on the show was Florida State University Constitutional Law Professor Steve Gey.
