The Usability Center at the College of Communication & Information provides systematic usability analysis and testing services for products, systems, and physical locations. We possess both the expertise and resources required to conduct high quality, comprehensive usability evaluations and test. In addition, using a dynamic combination of faculty and students, usability projects provide authentic teaching and learning environments that supplement our classroom instruction. Usability engineering and evaluation will allow a good product to shine. Problems in learning or use can then be avoided. When properly applied usability can show the following benefits:

• Provides commercial and government agencies with more complete user adoption of products and services.
