Design & Development

Research is a large part of what the Institute does. The Institute has been dedicated to translating research and development findings into practical solutions, policies, and procedures for improving information standards, products, and services. To this end, the Institute offers design and development services for its clients including (but not limited to):

• Design & development of web-based products and services;
• Design of performance measures for new and existing products/services; and
• Initiatives for industry issues.
