Dr. Charles C. Hinnant, Assistant Director of the Information Institute, recently presented a paper at the iSchools iConference 2010, "Broadband Deployment as Technological Innovation: Assessing the Needs of Anchor Institutions." This paper, written with Dr. Charles R. McClure (Director), Lauren H. Mandel (Research Coordinator), and Nicole D. Alemanne (Graduate Research Associate), stems from previous work conducted by the Institute for the State Library & Archives of Florida in the summer of 2009.
