The 2009 National Survey of Public Library Computer and Internet Access

John Carlo Bertot, Center for Library Innovation, University of Maryland, Charles R. McClure, Carla B. Wright, Elise Jensen, and Susan C. Thomas, of the Information Institute, along with the American Library Association, have published a book based on findings of the 2008 National Survey of Public Library Computer and Internet Access. The title of the book is Libraries Connect Communities: Public Library Funding & Technology Access Study 2008-2009.

Bertot and McClure have been conducting these studies of public libraries and the Internet since 1994. Background on these studies is available at Public Libraries & The Internet.
