Jeff Saunders Receives the Bernard Vavrek Scholarship from the Association of Rural and Small Libraries, September 10, 2011, in Frisco, Texas

Jeff D. Saunders, Research Associate at the Information Use Management and Policy Institute (Information Institute) received the Bernard Vavrek Scholarship to attend the 2011 annual conference of the Association for Rural and Small Libraries. Only the third recipient of the award, Saunders was selected from a pool of over 70 applicants. While attending the conference in Frisco, Texas, Saunders discussed recent and current projects the Information Institute is conducting and their relationship to rural and small libraries.
